The Challenge

It is a vital community resource. Washington is a proud, main-street community, that prides itself on taking care of its neighbors.
At a critical crossroads, medical center had to strategically position itself to meet the near-term and long-range goals vital for maintaining a high level of quality services and to keep pace with increasingly demanding modern-day expectations. A Pre-Campaign Planning and Feasibility Study included representatives from throughout the Hospital’s service area. It revealed that the rural communities sometimes had different goals when it came to healthcare.
The Solution
