  • Direct and inspire the campaign to a successful conclusion
  • Create a detailed campaign plan, with specific activities, timetable, roles and responsibilities, revenue milestones, and expected results

  • Prepare materials for, and direct all Campaign Committee meetings and attend other organization meetings as necessary
  • Establish a regular schedule of review meetings with the reconstituted Campaign Committee
  • Advise on planning and activities associated with the Public / Community Phase
